|The followings are the terms (“Terms”) and conditions (“Condition”) upon which we accept internet bookings on this website and the rules that you must follow to book our tours.It is important that you read and understand these before making your booking. By making your booking on this site, you accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.DAY TOURS:
Firstly you need to place your order by booking the tour. Then you will receive a reservation confirmation at least 48 hours prior to your tour date with the pickup details. You will be allocated with a Reservation Number and a phone number to contact in case of emergency on the day of the travel. Please note that your tour is not confirmed until you received a reservation confirmation. We do not process your payment until we send you the confirmation.
All the tours need to be booked at least 72 hours prior to the journey if you are booking online. If you are booking within 72 hours, please contact our office directly by calling +614 1210 4273 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform about your online booking to make sure we have received your booking. If you are booking a tour within 24 hours, please call our office directly on +61412104273 or send us an email at email@example.com to confirm your reservation directly. Our Office is open from 8 AM to 10 PM Sydney time Monday to Friday and 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday. If our office phone is busy, please leave a message by clearly mentioning your name, tour, date, number of person travelling and the phone number. We will call you back as soon as possible.
Itinerary may be varied without notice owing to the operations and extreme weather conditions. We operate our regular day tours with AAT Kings, Gray Line and other operators depending on the operational requirements. Our group size depends on the number of bookings received. In case of cancellation of a trip by the operator an alternative tour would be offered otherwise will provide alternative arrangements.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DAY TOURS:
Cancellation from customer within 24 hours would incur full tour cost. If failed to turn up at the pickup point on the time given or failed to reach the departure point before exact time of departure, you don’t receive your money back and it is treated as cancellation within 24 hours. Cancellation within 144 (6 Days) hours will incur 50% of the tour cost. Cancellation of a tour after Reservation Confirmation is sent will incur 4% of the tour cost to cover the processing fees.
We pick up from CBD hotels. If we do not pick you up from your hotel, we will pick you up from a convenient pick up point.
We have ‘No Waiting’ Policy. Please consider meeting at the pickup point at least 10 minutes earlier as our bus would not wait for you. We have other passengers to pick up and travel to and from the destination.
Please check the day light saving start and finish days.
Fares are in AUD $ and is GST inclusive.
Loksha Tours reserve the right to reuqest for copy of your credit card if the transaction amount is more than $500.
The trip would not go ahead without minimum number of visitors. In this case Loksha Tours will arrange a similar trip with another operator or give your money back.
Visa and MasterCard are acceptable and do not attract any additional surcharge. Your credit card only will be processed once the reservation is confirmed. We will send you a confirmation within 72 hours. Cash payment is not accepted.
All tours need to be booked prior to the departure.
4% admin cost (processing fees) will be charged to refund any payment by credit card for a cancelled tour by the guest after reservation Confirmation is sent.
Adult: Any person who is over 15 years of age but not student.
Children/Kids: 2-12 years old. Under 2 year, not occupying a seat is free but any child occupying a seat has to pay child fare.
SHORT BREAK PACKAGES:
You will receive initial confirmation within 2 days after the booking your order. Detailed itinerary would be provided close to the day.
CONDITIONS FOR SHORT BREAK PACKAGE TOURS:
TOUR CONFIRMATION – Please confirm your booking at least 24 hours prior as pick up times may vary from your printed Itinerary. Please be aware the pickup hotel listed above is not necessarily where you are staying, but the closest pick up hotel for your convenience.
TRANSFERS – Complimentary arrival & departure transfers (shuttle unless specified) will be provided on selected tours between designated airports and Loksha Tours’ hotels on the scheduled start and end days of your tour or in conjunction with pre/post tour accommodation booked through Loksha Tours (excludes all Day Tours). Airport transfers will be provided only for guests who have advised Loksha Tours of their flight details a minimum 14 days prior to tour departure date. A ‘Meet and greet’ airport transfer would cost extra $120 return.
ITINERARIES – The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport.
TOUR PARTICIPATION – On a Loksha Tours tour which has overnight accommodation, children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. We also reserve the right to refuse guests if an appropriate amount of water is not being carried.
SYDNEY INFORMATION – Sydney is currently undergoing large amounts of re-development and construction work which are scheduled into 2017. Darling Harbour sees the construction of a new convention centre and the redevelopment of a neighbouring suburb, while the city centre is being redeveloped to accommodate a new light rail (tram). Construction can take place up to 7 days a week, sometimes into the night at short notice, so they may occasionally impact your stay. Whilst
these works won’t directly affect our touring programs, they may restrict road access at times and will add to the general noise levels in the city. We will endeavour to make alternative arrangements when necessary and will advise the affected parties to ensure there is minimal disruption.

ACCOMMODATION -If you are booking your set SBTP 90 days in advance we will most likely provide you the hotels we have mentioned in the itinerary. Booking within 90 days we will try the hotels first and if the rooms are not available in the hotel, we will try another suitable hotel for you. We will provide hotels as per negotiated rates for Private Short Break Tour Packages.
CANCELLATIONS AND SECURITY POLICY – Cancellation from customer within 2 weeks would incur full tour cost. Cancellation within 3 weeks will incur 50% of the tour cost. Cancellation of a package tour after initial Reservation Confirmation is sent will incur 10% of the tour cost to cover the admin and processing fees.
PAYMENTS – If you are booking well in advance we will accept bank transfer with the full negotiated amount. You have to pay the bank fees. Visa and MasterCard are acceptable and attract 2% additional surcharge. We also accept PayPal and attract 3% additional surcharge. We will send you payment link via PayPal after the negotiated rates if you choose Paypal. We will send you a confirmation within 72 hours. Your payment only will be processed once the reservation is confirmed. A copy of both sides of your credit card and a copy of your passport is required for all Short Break tour packages.
CHILD AGES – 2-15 years. Infants up to (and including) 1 year old are free of charge.
SMOKING – Government regulations prohibit smoking inside tourist coaches within Australia. Please restrict smoking to the stops enroute.
